Incorporated under California Corporation laws in August of 1998, CEA Business Center, Inc. is a joint venture invested by a dozen of member companies of Chinese Enterprise Association. Most of member companies are the subsidiaries or branch companies with parents companies inside Mainland China.

The mission of the company is to provide full business services to meet the dynamic needs of those visiting Chinese businesses in the U.S. as well as those companies who are engaged in U.S.-China trading and economic cooperation either in the U.S. and China.
